Mr. Ashwin Vaidya Appointed as Resident Services Manager, Lakeside Chalet Mumbai – Marriott Executive Apartments

Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments Complex has appointed Mr. Ashwin Vaidya as their resident services manager. Under this designation, Mr. Vaidya will ensure that the service standards are at their best by overlooking the processes related to guest satisfaction for the long staying guests. He will ensure that Marriott Executive Apartments mantra of delivering “Global yet Local” style of service is incorporated creating many wonderful personalized crafted experiences for guest. He will thus be responsible for the overall services & experience of the long staying guests at the property. 
 
Ashwin brings with him a decade of experience in the field of hospitality and has worked at various departments such as the front office and rooms division. His previous stints include working with established brands such as The Oberoi, Goa Marriott Resort, Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, Pune, Bangalore and Fairfield by Marriott Bangalore.
 
Ashwin’s profile at Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments will also involve training and motivating the staff to ensure efficient use of resources in order to maximize profitability. He will also ensure that the Marriott standards of guest satisfaction are met while enabling employees to train themselves better and helping them grow.
 
Ashwin has completed his degree in hospitality management from Annamalai University. He won ‘The Room Operations Manager 2016’ at the Hotelier Awards. Ashwin truly believes that passion about one’s work is the guiding force to training people and delivering a customized guest experience.
