With an assortment of freshly baked breads at the live counter, one can pair the bread with their choice of soup for the course. From the national soup of Thailand to that of India, Lotus Café is delighted to offer all of this under one roof.
Chef Vishal Atreya, Executive Chef, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and his team have carefully created the soup menu with a mix of traditional soothing and comforting recipes along with a twist of flavours and ingredients to tantalize one’s taste buds. The guests can choose from a wide assortment of soups like Khao Suey, Tom Yum, Ramen, Miso, Seafood Nage, French Onion, Mulligatawny, Caldo Verde, Borscth, Gazpacho, Bouillabaise, Lobster Bisque, Clam Chowder, Hungarian Goulash, Lamb Harrira, Laksa, Cockie leekie, Zupa Di Pesce, Minestroni, Tom Kha and much more.
