Dim sums, one of the hot-favourites, are the highlight of the Yum Cha Saturdays at Dashanzi. Celebrating the Chinese culinary ritual of Yum Cha with a variety of bite size portions doing the rounds, Dashanzi offers its guests an elevated experience with speciality teas and signature cocktails.
Chef Vishal Atreya, Executive Chef at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu and his team are delighted to bring the well-known Chinese concept of Yum Cha brunches and also celebrate Dashanzi’s first year of success. The guests will be able to choose from a variety of steamed vegetarian dim sums like Celery and Water Chestnut, Spicy Pokchoi and Vegetables, Crystal Vegetable, Mushroom Crystal and Kaffir Lime Pesto, Shiitake Mushroom and Lotus Root, Edamame and Truffles. Non-vegetarian options would include Prawn, Shiitake and Chive, Caviar Oscietra, Classic Har Gow, Prawn and Coriander, Kafir Lime Pesto, Prawn and Petit Herbs, Chilean Sea bass, Polenta Crust, Pot Sticker Chicken, Chicken and Truffle Suimai, Shaved Hajikame and Baked Pork Bao.
